Artificial intelligence is not surprising, in the past, technologists, and scientists like Stephen Hawking and Elon Musk have already warned us about the risk of AI.
Now it looks like, Anthony Levandowski, the multi-millionaire engineer who got famous for being fired by Waymo, a company belonging to Google has founded a religious organization which is called Way of the Future. Anthony Levandowski was later fired from Uber when Google alleged that he stole trade secrets from the company.
Earlier, he co-founded a company named Otto, which is a self-driving truck company that got acquired by Uber in the year 2016. This incidence clearly indicates that Anthony Levandowski is indeed a pretty interesting profile for a techie.
Recently, Anthony Levandowski has founded a religious organization which is called Way of the Future. The purpose of this organization is to “develop and promote the realization of a Godhead based on Artificial Intelligence”
It should be noted that this ‘religion’ is yet to submit filings with the IRS to qualify as a tax-exempt religious organization. Therefore, it remains an unofficial organization.
